He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Boatwright; his parents, Roy L. Boatwright and Allie Lee Boatwright; his brother Jesse Roy Boatwright; and his son-in-law Gary Robertson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Eleanor Stabler (Calvin) of Monroeville, Cynthia Coker (Kenny) of Goodway and Charla Hayles (Craig) of Goodway; and his sister Nellie Saucer of Goodway. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Monroe Chapel Funeral Home (2252 US-84, Frisco City, AL 36445). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
