She was predeceased by: her husband Clifton Kenneth Smith; her parents, Johnny McKenzie and Betty McKenzie; and her siblings, Rev. Bobby Gene McKenzie, Quida Jeanette McKenzie and Louise Hendricks.
She is survived by: her son Chris Smith (Gail Durden) of Dothan; her siblings, William Jefferson McKenzie (Jean) of Foley and Dean Jay (Frank) of Mexia; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Durden Ball (Chandler) of Rocky Hill and Elijah Smith of Dothan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
