He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Haven and Leathie Haven of Washington; and his sister Missionary Betty Jo of Washington. He is survived by: his friend Stacie Thomas of McIntosh; his sister Lorann Pickens of Mobile; his nephews, Sammie Lee Dixon (Elesa) of Dallas, Joe Charles Dixon (Ashley) of Joliet, Ill and Lee Curtis Dixon (Pat) of Atmore; and his friend Michelle Thomas of McIntosh. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, church family, other relatives and many friends.
