He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Ree Dixon of Washington; his son Jimmie Dixon Jr.; and his siblings, Charlie Dixon, Willie D. Dixon, Scott Dixon, Lee Helen Dixon Boman and Betty Jean Dixon Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Don Dixon (Debra) of Frankville and Will Woodard (Maxie) of Shady Grove; and his sister Crezeel Sellers of Jackson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
