He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Olen Franks and Dale Nicholson Franks; his brothers, Hal Dee Franks and Billy Hugh Franks; and his grandson Tyler Wray.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Wray (Ronnie) of Russellville, Steve Franks of Russellville, Mike Franks (Christi) of Russellville, Keith Franks (Tammy Lynn) and Kevin Franks (Kim); and his sister Sue Taylor.
