He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Van Lewis, Sr. and Dollie Walker Lewis; and his brother Henry V. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mattie Sue Sexton Lewis; his sons, Ronald Kem Lewis (Barbara Jean) and Douglas Marshall Lewis (Cynthia Ann); his sister Dorothy Johnson; his grandchildren, Kimberly Michele Lewis, Shelby Jordan (CJ), Ronald T. Lewis, Kimberly Ann Lewis and Susan Diane Lewis; and his great grandchild Everleigh Paige Jordan.
