He is survived by: his wife Rayma Lea Mullenix; his children, Brandy Shirley (Darby), Tiffany Knight (Jason) and Chan Mullenix (Sharon); his brother Carl Mullenix (Charolette); and his grandchildren, Brayson Mullenix, Rett Mullenix, Sescily Shirley, Kinsley Shirley, Spencer Shirley and Harper Knight.
