He is survived by: his sister Connie Durham; his aunt Joanne Durham (John Hancock); his nephew David Hancock (Misty); his great-niece Kaylee; his great-nephew Alexander; his niece Jenifer Wisniewski (Jason); his great-niece Joanne; and his great-nephew Ezekiel.
