He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sargent of Fort Payne; his daughter Sonia Posey (Scott) of Rainsville; his brother Jimmy Sargent (Gina) of Rainsville; and his daughters-in-law, Vicki Logan and Peggy Posey. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, 20 Nieces & Nephews.
