He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Adam Neal "Nealy" Wiggins and Addalain Mae Wiggins; and his parents, David B. Moore and Lillie May Roden Moore. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Moore; his daughter Angela Moore Wiggins (Adam); his brother-in-law Robert Jones (Doris); his close friends, Geary, Helen Walker, Margaret Walls and Chris Walls; and his sisters, Cynthia Jane Fowler and Betty Carla Mauldin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Fort Payne (2100 Gault Ave N, Fort Payne, AL 35967). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Fort Payne Funeral Time (2100 Gault Ave N, Fort Payne, AL 35967). A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Holleman Cemetery.
