He was predeceased by: his daughter Candice Humphreys of Panama City; his parents, Phyllis Chase and Frank Humphreys; and his brother-in-law Gary Huff Mr (Humphreys). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Parker Humphreys of Fort Payne; his sons, Frank Humphreys (Tammy) of Pensacola, Hymie Humphreys of Pensacola and Michael Lewis of Fort Payne; his siblings, Johnny Humphreys, Carl Humphreys of Texas, Kenny Humphreys of Pensacola, Charlie Humphreys of Hawaii, Robert Chase of North Carolina, Fran Huff of Lynn Haven, FL and Anna Treutel of Pensacola; and his granddaughters, Ava and Sara Lewis of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
