He is survived by: his mother Mary Herrin Forrister; his children, Haley Johnson (Daniel), Emma Herrin and Justin Newsome (Casey); his siblings, Eric Herrin and Gina Thomas (Dustin); his grandchildren, Kairi Newsome and Jameson Newsome; and also Stephanie Herrin. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, & Extended Family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Fort Payne (2100 Gault Ave N, Fort Payne, AL 35967). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Fort Payne Funeral Time (2100 Gault Ave N, Fort Payne, AL 35967).
