She is survived by: her children, Bryan Tate (Kellie) and Tina Ely (Jackie Hampton); her grandchildren, Johnathan Tate (Kyra), Lisa Shannon, Dale Vaughn and Joseph Vaughn; and her siblings, Chris Blackmon, Jerry Blackmon, Randy Blackmon and Darlene Beard. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
