He is survived by: his wife Juanna Raughton; his children, Blake (Leanne) and Holly Coulter (William); his grandchildren, Hudson Raughton, Lilly, Josie Raughton, Ella and Emery Coulter; his siblings, Sandra Hale (Bruce), Mike (Brenda) and Tim (Tammy); his brother-in-law Shannon Spillman (Monica); his nieces, Ashley, Madison and Lauren Spillman; his nephew Brandon Raughton; and his close friend Glen Brisendine. He is also survived by other extended family members and so many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ARC of DeKalb County.
