With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Payne of Fort Payne, Alabama, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Sonny Sims and Niles Payne; her daughter Phyllis Diane Sims; her parents, Leonard Austin and Ruby Mosley; and her siblings, Grady Mosley and Lorene Sharpe.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Sims, Pamela Tilley (Ronald) and Paula Throneberry; her grandchildren, Melissa, Christi, Scott and Emily; and her sister Linda Peek (Clayton). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
