He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Jones and Ben Reese. He is survived by: his wife Julia Mae Reese; his children, Brenda Jakes and Jamie Sanks (Chenita) of Columbus Georgia; his stepsons, Curtis James, Joseph James of Fort Mitchell Alabama and Willie James (Gladys); his sisters, Elizabeth Thomas of Fort Mitchell Alabama and Flora Jones; his aunt Hattie Sumbry of Columbus Georgia; and his uncle Tommie Johnson of Columbus Georgia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
