He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Ray, Sr. and Sophia Battle Ray; and his sisters, Rosie Hendricks and Helen Ray. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara R. Brantley of Phenix City, AL and Burnice Patterson (Henry) of Birmingham, AL; and his aunts, Gladys Lyles of Phenix City, AL and Mildred Setzer of New Haven, CT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
