It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydie Boykin (Fort Mitchell, Alabama), born in Paris, Ile de France, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Frelechoux and Ernestine Launay Frelechoux; her husband Billy Wyatt Gay; and her son Joseph Gay. She is survived by: her children, Billy Gay of Smiths Station, AL, John Gay (Lisa), Teresa Hopper Rabun Gap (Bill) and Angela Albertson (Darren); her grandchildren, Johnathan Albertson (Taylor), Michael Hopper, Lori Hopper, Dakota Albertson, Shaina Lewis, Claudia Gay and Melody Gay; and her great grandchildren, Eli Conner, Wyatt Hopper, Jackson Hopper, Glenn Albertson, Ollie Albertson, Jacob Guy and Novaleigh Bradford.
