Sanks; her siblings, Wilson Chambers Jr., Jessie James, Arthur Chambers Sr., Charles Chambers, Vera Smith and Louise Dixon; her children, Aurea Ann Sanks Streeter (Anthony), Tianna Shangee Sanks (Alonzo), Markeius Tarshad Sanks (Yolanda) of Phenix City, Alabama., Ronnie Alexander of Phenix City, AL, Cynthia Alexander of Phenix City, AL and Melissa Gant of Cedar Hill, TX.; her grandchildren, Therllenicia of Phenix City, AL., Traniecia of Phenix City, AL., Jaharia Sanks of Phenix City, AL. and Demita Preer Pridgett of Phenix City, AL.; and her great grandchildren, Demetrius, DeAndre and Dazelle Pridgett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. John A. M. E. Church (944 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
