He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Thomas and Lullene Jenkins Thomas; and his sister Nancy Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Lola Thomas; his daughters, Terrie Stanfield (Scott) and Melanie Stanfield; his grandchildren, Scott Jr. (Kelsey), Elana, Micah, Melissa Shae, Sarah and Ryan; and his brothers, Ray Thomas (Kay) and Steve Thomas (Connie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
