He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Franklin and Hiltrud A. Ackermann Franklin; and his former wife Debbie Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Angela Carol Ellwood Franklin; his children, Jamie Billman, Kyle Franklin, Roxianne Dillon and Jessica Dart (Herman); and his siblings, Pat Frazier, Sylvia Nolan (Chris), John Ackerman (Diana), Bob Franklin (LeAnn) and Ralph Franklin (Joanna). He is also survived by grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and numerous friends.
