He is survived by: his parents, Albert Miller and Peggy Miller; his wife Rita Ann Dibble Miller; his children, Marisa Dibble and Jacob Busby; his siblings, Julie Miller, John Miller (Kimberly), James Miller (Amy) and Justin Miller (Ashley); his mother-in-law Ann; and his brother-in-law Bobby Dibble (Kimberly).
