He is survived by: his children, Mary Catherine Desalvo (Michael) of Cataula Ga and David Burton Terwilliger Jr.; his brother Alan-Jon Rudolph (Barbara) of Clearwater Fl; his sister-in-law April Rudolph of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Michelle Allen (Bobby), Bailey and Ryan Desalvo of Cataula; his great grandchildren, Bobby Paul, Benjamin Michael, Melody Grace Allen and CJ O'Neal; his significant other JudithAnn Terwilliger Johnson of Tarpon; his nieces and nephews, Laura, Amanda Rudolph, Cole, Michael and Taylor; and also, Kathy Patty, Karen and Nancy Wood of Springhill Fl.

David spent many years, miles, and money donated to his Prison ministry.
