She is survived by: her husband Retired James K. Lowe, Sr.; her children, James K. Lowe, Jr. and Kimberly F. Lowe; and her sisters, Ruby Golatt and Rose Marie Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
