He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Andress; his children, Shirley and Randy; his brother Hubert Ray Foster (Polly); his grandson Wallace Howard "Sonny" Wills, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Townson Andress Wills and Wallace Howard Wills, III; and his caregivers, Debbie Miller and Juanita Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
