He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Lizzy Bell Reeves; and his brothers, Hubert Reeves and Homer Ray Reeves. He is survived by: his wife Edna Carlee Reeves; his children, William Reeves Jr. (Chrissy), Patricia Griffith and Stacey; his grandchildren, Jeremy Griffith, Cody Griffith (Tessa), Tara Reeves, Cortnee Meyers, Kaitlin Reeves (Dusty), Michael Shaw-Meyers (Jarvis), Cameron Meyers, Alex Goolsby and Houston Wilson (Jean); and his great grandchildren, Colten, Kane, Jade, Knox, Ramsey, Krue, Barrett, Cayson, Waylon, Laney Grace, Madelyn, Brayden, Jakob, Jensen, Norah, Ella, Emme and Landon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Creek Baptist Church (5707 Meriwether Trail, Honoraville, AL 36042). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Spring Creek Baptist Church Children's Ministry.
