She is survived by: her children, Donna Putnam of Foley, AL and Dale Stokes (Julie) of Pensacola, FL; and her grandchildren, John Putnam, Matthew Putnam (Trice), Barbara Putnam and Kevin Stokes. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
