He is survived by: his wife Pam Cook Payne of Foley, AL; his daughter Jennifer Snell (Scott) of Kimberly, ID; his mother Jean Payne of Columbus, GA; his sister Karen Ponder (Ernest) of Dahlonega, GA; his brother-in-law Doug Cook (Deb) of Andalusia, AL; and his grandchildren, Mason Payne of Philadelphia, MS, Raelyn Payne of Troy, MI, Ian and Mackenzie Snell of Kimberly, ID. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
