D., Abigail Renner (Jack), Kathryn Warren, Samuel Warren, Jeremy Zahs and Anna Fuller; his siblings, Lonnie W. Warren (Donna) and Cindy Younkman (Bernie); and his brother-in-law Tommie Peterson (Frances).
