She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lake Hickenbottom, Edna Hickenbottom, Perry Potter and Joda Potter; and her cousin Scott Hickenbottom.
She is survived by: her son Johnathan Maddox of Tuscaloosa; her parents, Roger Potter and Janice Potter of Foley; her siblings, Angela Hyde (Sean) of Tuscaloosa and Roger Potter (Misty) of Tuscaloosa; her nieces and nephews, Justin, Austin, Kylie Hyde of Tuscaloosa and Samantha Potter of Tuscaloosa; her close friend Katherine Gibson; and her aunts and uncles, James, Linda, Clabe and Wanda. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Condolences can be given in the form of donations to Hospice of Foley, Alabama in her name.
