He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Manley, Jeanette Kulman, Edward Kulman and Curtis Willard. He is survived by: his wife Brandy; his mothers, Diane Kulman and Dian Willard Sanders; his sister Elizabeth Kulman; his stepson Killian DeTemple; his daughter Laura E. Hill; and his grandparents, Joy Willard and Johnie Brown. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends.
