She is survived by: her husband Matthew Davis-Brown; her parents, Bryan Davis and Reba Russell Davis; her brother Austin Davis; and her grandparents, Lizzie Agnes Russell, John Howard Davis, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Davis.

She recently served as a mentor for new scholarship recipients for the JKC Foundation annual conference.
