He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Oliver Brock and Hazel Brock; his daughter Meghan Brock of Franklin; his grandson William Brock; his wife Anna Hays Brock of Jackson; and his son William. He was also cherished by family members of his late wife.
