She was predeceased by: her father Hugh Darrol Carter; her husband Harold Edmonds; her mother Rose Stanley; her brothers, Floyd and Robert Carter; and her son Eric Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Howell (Lisa Minnick) of Olathe and Sandra Howell (William Wada) of Sunnyvale, CA; her siblings, Darrol Louis (Mary Ann) of Bay Minette, AL and Catherine Oser (Jerry) of Collinston, LA; her grandchildren, Dustin Bellamy of Olathe, KS, Christopher Howell of Levingworth, KS, Jamie Lynn Howell of Kansas City, KS, Tyler and Valerie Morrison; and her great grandchildren, Hazely Bradshaw of Dothan, Ellie Anne Hobbs and Morrison of Dothan, AL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
