He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Davis; his children, Julie Smith (Jason), Michael Davis and Jarrod Davis; his sisters, Sharon Diamond and Catherine Burbank; and his grandchildren, Carter Jason Smith and Carley Ann Smith.
