She is survived by: her husband Chris Warford; her daughters, Hailey Trogden (Tyler) and Kelsey Ruanto (Daniel); her grandchildren, Kinzley and Warren; her parents, Roger Chadwick and Carolyn Chadwick; and her brother Shawn Chadwick. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (336 McLeod Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431).
