With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Lou Di Benedetto of Foley, Alabama, born in Hamilton, Alabama, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Cecil Phillips and Ora Lotus Phillips (Wiginton); her husband Vincent Samuel Di Benedetto; and her siblings, Denver Cecil Phillips and Evelyn Dean Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Samuel Phillip Di Benedetto (Elena); her sister Jean Burdine (Allen) of Foley, AL; and her stepchildren, Jo Ann Roberts (Mike) of Pensacola, FL and Vincent Samuel Di Benedetto, Jr. (Van) of Millbrook, AL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Christ the King Catholic Church.
