He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Henry Taylor and Audrey Hoffman Taylor of Chatom, Alabama.. He is survived by: his wife June Blackmon Taylor; his children, Marvin Hoffman "Bud" Taylor, Jr. (Julia Ramirez), John Anthony "Tony" Taylor (Monica Roush), Scott Byron Taylor (Gayle Rogers), Stephanie Taylor Pluscht (Peter "Trey" Pluscht, III) and Philip Edward Taylor (Paula Woerner); his grandchildren, Webster Ian Pluscht, Theodora Siobhan "Teddie" Taylor, Catherine Nicole Taylor, Andrew Scott "Drew" Taylor, Paul Albert Pluscht, Dalton Philip Taylor and Forrest Edward Taylor; and his siblings, James Michael "Mikey" Taylor, Florence "Flo" Taylor Peters, Peggy Joyce Taylor, Tommy Gene "Skeets" Taylor, Dr. William Arnold "Billy" Taylor and Joseph Mearl "Joe" Taylor.
