She is survived by: her husband Robert Thomas Jacobs of Foley, AL; her children, Robert Terry Jacobs (Janet) of Bradenton, FL, Glenda Faye Cox (Bryan) of Boonville, MO and Lisa Gay; and her siblings, William Simmons of Citronelle, AL, Rex Allen Simmons of Lampasses, TX, Rosie Lea of Kirksville, MO, Betty Sharier of Chillicote, MO and Rae Ann Smith of Macon, MO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made Community Hospice, 1450 North McKenzie Street, Foley, AL 36535.
