She is survived by: her husband Herb Holley; her children, Melissa Holley of Twinsburg, Timothy Holley Temple (Jennifer) and Patrick Holley Copley (Sarah); her grandchildren, Ethan Warren, Eli Block, Eldon Block (Sierra), Ashley Holley, Lilyann Holley, Mackenzie Holley, Allison Holley, Maximilian Holley and Silas Holley; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Jaxton; her brother Leslie Smith (Donna); and her sister-in-law Francis Flower Smith.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
