He is survived by: his sons, Tommie Carlee (Danielli) and Devin Carlee (Mollie) of Sylacauga, AL; his sister Linda Hinton (Alan) of Fairhope, AL; his nephew Jon Anderson of St Pete, FL; his niece Danae Odom of Daphne, AL; and the mother of his children Cindy Carlee. He is also survived by One great niece, two great nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins.
