He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Marie Sullivan-Smith of Mebane, Kerry Wayne Sullivan, Jr. of Foley and Cheyanna Skye Sullivan of Foley; his grandchildren, Penelope Marie Webber of Mebane and Patrick Lee Webber of Mebane; his siblings, Paul Sullivan, Jr. (Charlene) of Robertsdale, Barbara Semonski of Burlington, Patricia Workman (Doug) of Foley and Keith Sullivan (Darlene) of Tennessee; and his aunt Lettye Platt of Mississippi.
