She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Howell and Helen Howell; and her daughter-in-law Christy Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Benny Joe Thompson; her sons, Benny "Joey" Thompson II of Pascagoula, Lance Thompson (Julie) of Foley and Brett Jason Thompson of Gulf Shores; her grandchildren, Seth Paxton, Madison Paxton, Chloe Blue Thompson, Carlisle Reese Thompson and Emily Scout Thompson; and her siblings, Ronald Ray Howell (Vicky) of Caney and Rubye Lee Wilkerson (Jim) of Selma.
