Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Halstead of Foley, Alabama, born in Parris Island, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 74, on August 8, 2022. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Stokes Halstead; his sons, John Bertran Halstead and Jonas Phillip Halstead; his daughter-in-law Amanda Holland Halstead; and his grandchildren, John Caleb Halstead, Scarlett G. Halstead and Hulan S. Halstead. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Scholarship Fund at Foley United Methodist Church.
