He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hyche and Lillian Hyche. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Reed Hyche; his brother Ollie Hyche (Cookie Hyche); his children, Greg Hyche, Michelle Hyche Cowart (Kirk) and Jeremy Hyche (Stacie); and his grandsons, John Michael Stone, Grayson Cowart, Cole Hyche, Joseph Hyche and Jeremiah Hyche.
