She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wallace Gaines and Mary Louise Milton Gaines. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Goff and Carmen Adair (Kevin); her siblings, Robert "Bob" Gaines (Nancy) and Marion Heck (Rick); and her grandson Bo Houston Reynolds. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
