With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward Lee (Foley, Alabama), born in Carrollton, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2024 at the age of 56. As James Edward departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James Edward. Though James Edward may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Julian Ray Lee. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Boni Lee of Foley; his mother Elizabeth Lee; his siblings, Connie Jones, Petey Lee of Bessemer, Alabama and Irene Weaver; and his brother-in-law Frank of Magnolia Springs, Alabama.. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece as well as several great nieces and a great nephew.
