He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Luker, Sr. and Mary Frances Limbaugh Luker; and his daughter Dena M. Luker Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Mary B. Luker; his children, Vicki Luker Strampe and John O. Luker (Krytal); and his stepdaughter Amy Catherine Robinson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one step-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
