Warden and Violet Sampson Warden; her daughter Janet Butcher; her grandchildren, Charity, Cindy, Brent, Steve, Summer, Savannah, Kaylee, Daniel and Serenity; her great grandchildren, Zach, Catherine, Reese, Lucy and Brielle; her children, Nancy Adrian (Greg Adrian) of Wichita and Brian Seavall of Foley; her brother Bruce Warden of Rockford, Ill.; and her husband Gustav Seavall.

She was blessed with 9 grandchildren (Charity, Cindy, Brent, Steve, Summer, Savannah, Kaylee, Daniel, and Serenity), and 5 Great grandchildren (Zach, Catherine, Reese, Lucy and Brielle).
