He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Vaughn Underwood and Wilma Lee Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Marcline Ard Underwood; his sons, Gary Underwood (Billie Jo) and Stephen Louis Underwood (Amanda); his brother William D. Underwood (Hilda); and his grandchild Brooke Watford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to your favorite charity.
